The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 148.64 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 136.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.54 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.26 per cent at Rs 2,268.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,871.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.29 per cent to Rs 2,045.54 crore from Rs 1,659.17 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 23.34 per cent at Rs 35.57 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 28.84 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 5.37 per cent to Rs 223.23 crore as against Rs 211.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.07 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 29.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.88 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.66 per cent at Rs 43.34 crore (Sep'25 Rs 47.45 crore).
