The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 36.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.89 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.62 per cent at Rs 342.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 290.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.66 per cent to Rs 289.67 crore from Rs 250.45 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 63.57 per cent at Rs 6.04 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 16.58 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 29.78 per cent to Rs 52.34 crore as against Rs 40.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.31 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 75.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.70 per cent at Rs 9.46 crore (Sep'25 Rs 8.95 crore).
