The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 71.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1682.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.77 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.21 per cent at Rs 961.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 834.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.49 per cent to Rs 851.00 crore from Rs 724.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 68.83 per cent at Rs 2.40 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 7.70 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 0.27 per cent to Rs 110.90 crore as against Rs 110.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.98 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 95.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 93.95 per cent at Rs 17.50 crore (Sep'25 Rs 289.20 crore).
