The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 165.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.34 per cent at Rs 252.98 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 194.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.92 per cent to Rs 238.63 crore from Rs 176.87 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 247.23 per cent at Rs 8.16 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 2.35 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 16.67 per cent to Rs 14.35 crore as against Rs 17.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.08 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 39.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 90.84 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Sep'25 Rs 2.73 crore).
