The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 34.79 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 208.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.05 per cent at Rs 23.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.65 per cent to Rs 19.47 crore from Rs 20.00 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 269.01 per cent at Rs 39.89 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 10.81 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 15.57 per cent to Rs 3.85 crore as against Rs 4.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.20 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 7.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 10340.00 per cent at Rs 5.12 crore (Sep'25 Rs -0.05 crore).
