The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.66 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 22.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.05 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.46 per cent at Rs 100.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 85.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.33 per cent to Rs 57.02 crore from Rs 51.68 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 37.70 per cent at Rs 2.52 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.83 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 28.41 per cent to Rs 43.17 crore as against Rs 33.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.31 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 20.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.97 per cent at Rs 6.49 crore (Sep'25 Rs 4.67 crore).
