The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.39 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.97 per cent at Rs 67.49 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.61 per cent to Rs 64.24 crore from Rs 48.81 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 12.36 per cent at Rs 2.34 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 2.67 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 7.67 per cent to Rs 3.25 crore as against Rs 3.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.38 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.12 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.99 crore).
