The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 33.20 per cent at Rs 9.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.40 per cent to Rs 12.26 crore from Rs 15.21 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 31.34 per cent at Rs 11.13 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 16.21 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 316.67 per cent to Rs -2.50 crore as against Rs -0.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 523.60 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 7200.00 per cent at Rs 2.13 crore (Sep'25 Rs -0.03 crore).
