The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.88 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.06 per cent at Rs 89.66 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.59 per cent to Rs 76.24 crore from Rs 59.29 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 15.75 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.46 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 47.31 per cent to Rs 13.42 crore as against Rs 9.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.39 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 24.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 59.14 per cent at Rs 2.96 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.86 crore).
