The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.65 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 41.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.27 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 32.44 per cent at Rs 397.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 587.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.24 per cent to Rs 271.68 crore from Rs 478.64 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 101.69 per cent at Rs 15.53 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 7.70 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 14.84 per cent to Rs 125.51 crore as against Rs 109.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 69.98 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 38.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 47.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.33 per cent at Rs 15.08 crore (Sep'25 Rs 13.19 crore).
