IMP Powers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has successfully conducted the SHORT CIRCUIT TEST at CPRI, Bangalore on 4 Nos. 100 MVA Power Transformers in the first attempt, for below mentioned ratings:

1. 100 MVA 230/110/11 KV

2. 100 MVA 220/33 KV

3. 100 MVA 220/66 KV

4. 100 MVA 220/132 KV

Thus, the Company has become the only transformer manufacturer in India whose 4 Nos. 100 MVA Power Transformers have passed the short circuit test within a short span of 12-14 months.

This is the most stringent and the ultimate test for testing the transformer's design and manufacturing capability.
