Ambuja Cements Ltd. - Q1 results on April 28, 2016

Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Corporate Financial Year 2016 (Q1).

Further to letter dated March 29, 2016, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will open from May 01, 2016. The Trading Window would remain closed from April 01, 2016 to April 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
