Indian benchmark indices continued to trade higher during the noon trading session after paring their early losses in Thursday's volatile session, ahead of the weekly F&O expiry later in the day.

At 14:50 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 49573.27 up by 80.95 points or by 0.16 % and then NSE Nifty was at 14585.45 up by 20.6 points or by 0.14 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 49663.58 and intraday low of 49182.37 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 14617.8 and intraday low of 14471.5

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were IndusInd Bank Ltd. (Rs. 970.70,+2.96%), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (Rs. 3243.95,+2.70%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (Rs. 1374.45,+1.66%), ITC Ltd. (Rs. 214.60,+1.59%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2400.55,+1.17%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1029.25,-2.49%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 676.15,-1.69%), Asian Paints Ltd. (Rs. 2665.90,-1.43%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 1053.45,-1.41%), UltraTech Cement Ltd. (Rs. 5581.20,-1.27%), among others.

Among the sectors, CGS index was at 19932.79 up by 287.26 points or by 1.46%. Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (Rs. 1007.40,+9.39%), Adani Green Energy Ltd. (Rs. 967.55,+5.00%), Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd.
