Domestic bourses opened higher on Wednesday as sentiments remained positive on the GDP growth for Q122 at 20.10 % which is well in line with the estimates, and it gives comfort that the economic revival process is intact.

Among individual stocks, Maruti Suzuki India share price slipped more than 1 percent on September 1 as company expect production in September to hit due to the semiconductor shortage.

At 9:55 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 57880.28 up by 327.89 points or by 0.57 % and then NSE Nifty was at 17191.4 up by 59.2 points or by 0.35 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 57913.46 and intraday low of 57277.88 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 17194.35 and intraday low of 17148.15
